| BOAT SUMMARY |
| This rare classic mahogany speedboat is the oldest known Indian Lake Boat and the only speedster model believed to exist. The Indian Lake Boat Company Opened in 1924 and later produced the popular "Dart" runabout. This may be the only rear cockpit runabout made by the company. Overhauled in 1997 - received a new Mercruiser 454 330hp engine at that time. Top speed is around 50mph. The decks were replaced and refinished at that time. The boat received a no soak, West System bottom in 2001 and a custom tandem axle trailer was fitted in 2007. The hull sides were just refinished in January 2012 and emblems were done is 22 karat gold leaf lettering. |
