During WW II she was listed by the US Navy, who tore out all the luxurious interior fittings and built a new interior more practical for a patrol boat. After the war she was refitted as a private yacht and got many tender hearted owners who gave her continuous care and upgradings. Since some years back, Harmony has Gothenburg as her base port. Her owners have now however other priorities and the boat is thus for sale. The old and simple interior from the war has been removed. Her spacious saloon waits to be designed and receive a classical interior in accordance with the wishes of the new owner or in a strict original way. The hull will also need some minor patching to get into super condition. After this you will have a commuter beyond all comparison.

The boat has been in the family since 1967. The boat had a long history-taking the family on weekend trips, mackerel fishing at sea, tooling around in the back bays of New Jersey and was used as a Coast Guard Auxiliary Patrol Vessel for a good many of those years. Dad did nearly all the work and maintenance himself. At some point he removed the original engines and installed two 225 Chrysler marine engines (model LM 318 –service manual included). She is in very good operational condition and is mostly original making for a good total restoration project or for a nice ready to run pleasure vessel The boat is currently in water though is soon to removed and dry stored for the winter. A new heat exchanger was just recently installed. There is a working automatic bilge pump though at dock we use a small electric pump to drain the small amount of water that can accumulate.
