2697619 Feet 1937/1999 Chris-Craft Reproduction Race Boat$37,500
Not to be confused with the much more common “Racing Runabouts” built from 1948 through 1954, Model 517 Special Race Boats were true race boats built light and run hard. As a result, few authentic examples have survived. Pandora is a meticulously executed reproduction, built in Australia, and finished by New England Boat and Motor. Identical in appearance and performance to her pre-war ancestor, she incorporates the finest in modern technology and craftsmanship. Her hull is constructed of cold-molded marine plywood and Philippine mahogany totally encapsulated in epoxy resin. Her bottom is sheathed with two layers of fiberglass cloth and she is beautifully finished in blue and white Awlgrip. Powered by a 300 hp 350 c.i. Corvette V8 from the GM Hi-Performance Division, she easily (and reliably) equals the race performance of her predecessors. She has just undergone some minor cosmetic restoration and mechanical upgrades and is in as new condition, ready to run.

The boat ran in Madison, Dayton and St. Marys in 2005. This is the boat for someone who wants to hit the starter button and go! Excellent racing history.
2665835 Feet 1930 Miss Dee Wite Torpedo Triple Cockpit Runabout$600,000
This is quite likely the ONLY unrestored Gold Cup Race boat in the country. This beauty has a wondeful history, Twin V12's and art deco styling reminiscent of that era. The engines are rebuilt and ready to go but the hull will require work. The term "one of a kind" is overused, but in this case it is the best way to describe this boat. Over $ 70K has been invested into the reconditioning of these engines. This boat is destined to be the most talked about boat in the country once it is put back into action by the next owner. The current owner has over $ 500k invested in this project and will entertain reasonable offers as well as possible trades for wooden boats under 27', classic cars or a late model 55' to 65' Motoryacht such as a Fleming, Sonship or similar.

2632514 Feet 1938 Sommerset Boatworks Raceboat$29,000
This boat was built by Sommerset Boatworks in 1933. The company custom built two boats, the "Hebe" and the "Bebe" for racing. This is a D-Class Hydroplane that won many races back in its day and was clocked at 71 knots on the Charles River. It's sister boat, the "Bebe" was wrecked making this the last in existence. The boat has been entirely restored and is still very fast. The transom and decks were replaced about 7 years ago. It is ready to be enjoyed and raced in vintage events.
2613718 Feet 1960 Ted Jones Hydroplane$45,000
This is the last limited race hull Ted Jones made. It was send to the east coast and was never finished. It is currently being skinned with 6mm Okumee and rigged be 280 spec. Estimated completion in June. Boat has been 99% restored and will be ready for any boat show by spring 2005. This is a very unique boat and very rare. This boat looks very similar to "Chloe" and has lines that remind you a Hacker design or Dee Wite. Boat has a double step bottom and has reported to run at speeds up to 70 MPH.
2568718 Feet 1990 Spencer Torpedo Gentlemans Racer$65,000
A one of a kind boat that was custom built in the adirondacks, this mahogany gentlemans racer still has it's original varnish as it is very well maintained and has very low hours. A west system bottom has been used and absolutely nothing is needed. This boat looks beautiful either cruising a lake or river or flying by as it is a real eye catcher. Photos updated May '08.
