Hull was completely stripped and gutted, refastened where necessary, sealed with CPES and recaulked with 3M5200. All new Philippine mahogany on decking, toe rails,covering board, rear consoles, coamings and inner transom. The boat has been finished with Epifanes varnish, Pettit white semi-gloss, and Pettit Copper bronze bottom paint. Engine has been mechanically rebuilt (honing, rings, bearings etc)from top to bottom by a professional outboard mechanic, including new starter, dist. cap, rotor, plug wires, points, condenser, and all new external engine wiring harness. Carburetors have been rebuilt also. Deck hardware is original and has been rechromed. Wiring/switches for running lights is new as is the bilge pump. The original mahogany windshield, pattern safety glass, and white weather strip and runners go with the boat. This is as good as it gets. You wont be disappointed.

being offered is a 1985 Century Resorter with a strong V8 inboard engine offering 260 HP. The boat is all original and has a brand new cover. The boat has only 500 hours on it since new and includes a matching tandem axle trailer with brakes and new tires. The upholstery is in great shape and the carpet is also in good shape although a little faded. The bilge is factory painted bone white and very clean. There are no leaks in the engine and the carb has been rebuilt. There are no cracks in the gel coat but the maroon finish could use a buffing. trailer has new tires and all the lights work and was built in 2008 and is solid.

This is a true masterpiece. One of the most rare Chris Craft Runabouts. Chris Craft made 529 of these in the pre-war era from 1937-1938 and very few are still known to exist. The boat was meticulously restored in 2007 and is in Boat Show condition. The original Chris Craft K engine runs great and the vessel was upgraded to a 12 volt battery system in 2008. The boat is Hull ID number 71342 and is being sold because the owner has purchased another vintage boat to restore. This boat is also offered with a custom built trailer.

This very original Chris Craft was a very popular model between 1955-1960 with 982 units being made. In 1955-1958 only 484 were made. This boat has undergone a lifetime of care and while it has it's original bottom, the boat needs very little soaking each season. This is one of the First of the ever popular sea maid. Hull # 86 one of 3 known left in US. This boat is a true preservation only the sheer strake has been replaced all other wood is original and is as solid as it was new. This is an older restoration which included a complete refastening of the hull (decks,sides,bottom)with silicon bronze screws. Motor runs strong. Boat is serviceable now as user boat, but to show it would require a coat or two of varnish and a re-chrome of all hardware. There is one windshield bracket that is broken that would need to be repaired, other than that this boat needs nothing except a new owner.

I bought her from the original owner in Michigan who had had her for all his life and gave it to me in pretty good shape, just needed the TLC to get her water ready again. Every connection was unplugged electrically and was to me assumed long term winterized. I got her tuned up and back in the water this past summer. Carb rebuilt, new seats, new carpet, outdrive still needs some more attention but was working for 3 times out this summer, note picture in water. I want to keep her but I just have to much going on right now and I know someone out there is looking for one of these very very rare boats. I'm passing her on.

This is an all original 1960 Parsons LAKE N SEA 16' Arrowhead that is a great candidate for restoration. She is complete with her original hardware and windshield. Her floor and transom appear solid. Considered one of the 10 most desireable finned fiberglass runabouts of the 50's-60's. Very unique louvered transom design. Just found and still not cleaned up so pictures do not tell the real story. Hope you can see her inner beauty. Trailer is the original Holsclaw that was sold with the boat when new. Will be a very sharp package when redone.

A perfectly original Mullins believed to have been built in 1934-35. These were made in very low numbers and this model was only made between 1931-1939. Made with a scalloped bottom and with all original gauges and steering wheel. The hardware is also original and in very nice condition and the upholstery has been re-done and also believed to be correct. This is a inspired restoration and a very lovely example of one of the turn of the century boat builders in lovely condition and offered with the original Lycoming engine. Mullins were built in Salem, Ohio and first produced decorative pressed steel items and then enetered into the boat market in the late 1890's. Very few of these boats are known to exist even though at one time they were one of the country's largest boatbuilders.

This is a mid-40's Thompson boat, canvas over cedar with some fiberglass over the canvas. The boat is in rather rough condition but it is still serviceable and could be restored. Wood seems solid although some transom parts have been chewed by the beavers during years in the barn. Also available; two HAND-HEWN cedar oars that may or may not have been used with this boat. Oars and boat are separate. Boat is $800, Oars are $200. Would make a wonderful display in your cottage on the river or lake. Because these hand-carved oars were apparently not for this boat, they are being sold separately from the boat...or can be bought with the boat. Very unique oars...great display.

Owner has had the boat since 1997 and bought it from the original owner. The boat is very original. The engine was rebuilt completely in 2004 and now runs very strong. The hardware is all present and in good shape. The boat however does need to be re-finished. The bottom is pretty tight and swells up nicely when being used regularly. These Capri's are a very popular model of Chris Craft and well worth have re-done and being brought back to their original lustre. NOTE: The dates on the photos are incorrect, pictures were taken in December 2009.

Reported to be a Rushton but without a distinguishing plate this boat looks very much like a Rushton Florida. It has been in the same family for many years and has always been stored indoors. The skiff was purchased off of Moose lake and used apparently at Camp Tojenka and is believed to have been built in 1905 and owned by the Kingsford family of charcoal fame and was located in the Old Forge area in New York. There are two sets of oarlocks and there are no oars that go with the boat.

I have owned and restored 15 wooden boats (mostly Chris-Craft Boats) over the last 40 years. The "Little Dunphy" is in excellent condition, as it has been properly stored indoors. The boat seats are in excellent condition as well. I have had several compliments on the boat after it was fully restored. I am only selling the boat because I have a classic Chris-Craft Cabin Cruiser, and I don't want to keep the Dunphy boat in storage. It is difficult to sell, but I hope that someone else will enjoy the boat as I have.

Hula Moon is a barrelback runabout and was built in 1988 in Honolulu, Hawaii by Brookins Classic Runabouts. She was completely restored to Concours standards in 2007-2008 by Sierra Boat Company in Lake Tahoe (where she is currently stored). The restoration included an engine upgrade to a Chevy 350 with a 283 conversion (260 hp) which was personally installed by Herb Hall, president of Sierra Boat. She has been a prize winner in both the 2008 and 2009 Lake Tahoe Concours d’Elegance, one of the US premier boat shows. She has also been featured in a Tori Richard’s ad, a premier Honolulu clothing company. The deck is Honduras mahogany with a curly Koa (native Hawaiian wood) dashboard and Classic Instruments gauges. Her hull is a cold-molded wood –epoxy and does not leak. I have all the restoration paperwork, invoices and documents including pictures during the process. This is a one of a kind runabout since no other runabout was built like her.

Replaced 5 ribs and about 20ft of planking, 5 coats of gloss varnish on the inside, new canvas, filler, paint and fresh caned seats has floor boards. White cedar ribs and planking, White spruce closed rails, mahogany decks, thwarts and seat frames, brass flag holder in each deck. Morris was arguably the finest builder of wood and canvas canoes in the United States. He used only the highest quality materials and coupled them with superb craftsmanship. He produced canoes from about 1887 to 1920 when fire consumed his shop. This is a nice example of his work.

This is a Mullins 14' galvanized steel rowboat. The Mullins company originally started as a decorative pressed steel maker and got into boat manufacturing in the 1890's. At one time they were the largest producers of boats and yet very few of these are known to exist today. The boats were built until the 1930's and were advertised as unsinkable. The date of manufacture is approximate, based on all available information. Boat is in original condition save one rib having been replaced. No rust, no leaks. Used in fresh water.

Chris-Craft established the Cavalier division in 1955 to concentrate on plywood construction techniques and to take advantage of the expanding mid-priced market. One of its first offerings was this 17' Utility with inboard power from a variety of Chris-Craft badged Hercules engines. It proved to be popular, with 936 hulls built in just 5 years production. The 1955 model is identifiable by its 2-piece vee-windshield; later models used a curved single piece windscreen. With a hull length of 16' 11" and a draft of only 18" the Utility was adaptable to many applications and uses. Its mahogany plywood finish is complemented by flame red and white interior upholstery. This example is powered by the Hercules/Chris-Craft K inline six-cylinder 95hp engine and is nicely equipped with horns mounted on the forward deck and a ski tow hookup and comes on a very sharp red painted trailer which matches its bottom color. It is currently licensed through 2009 in Ohio.

Upolstery is original and has no cracks tears, or signs of wear. Fibreglass is in near perfect condition. No cracks,and original paint still shines. Crome is clean, glass and rubber moldings original and in great condition. Original Holsclaw trailer came with boat. It has some rust, but still works great. Could prbably use new tires. Speedo is not working. Just needs to be reconnected I believe. Lights all work. Has great air horns. Newer battery. This is a beautiful all original little boat. We just switched to a pontoon that stays in the water. This boat has never been left in the water. I have more pics available upon request. Also has all snaps and brackets for a bimini top. Would have to have one built. New water pump and impeller.

This is a very original 1963 Chris Craft Ski boat and is in very nice condition. The current owner has had the boat for 7 years, during which time he had the cushions re-done and the upholstery installed. The engien runs strong and is also in great condition. The owner also has the original manuals for the boat and the boat has always been in fresh water onj a small lake and has been very wellm cared for during that time. The only known damage is two small holes in the stern where there were once mooring hooks for the boat. Chris Craft made only 270 of these boats between 1963 and 1964 and this is a very nice original example from that period.

This very pretty boat was built by Ditchburn, a Premier Muskoka builder, in traditional Ditchburn styling with split cockpits, combing boards, split teardrop windshield and a large outboard rudder. A very manoeuverable planing hull makes this a fast and fun boat. One of 4 model 17's built in 1936 and the only one known to be in the water. Completely restored from 1997 to 1999 by Millar-Potter with all of the original hardware and most of the original wood being retained. Restoration included new gauges, upholstery, aluminum gas tank and a rebuilt 1949 Ford Flathead V8 engine with twin carbs, Mallory electronic ignition and a 12 volt generator. Boat was revarnished and the bottom repainted in 2007. This easily trailerable boat is stored inside between outings. It attracts lots of attention and has won several "Best Antique Runabout" awards in local shows over the years. This is a truly great example of Canadian craftsmanship and there are very few of these to be found.

Gauges, dash, steering wheel and shifter seem to be in good condition. Side panels were also cut for an unknown reason. Trailer is included. Tires and rims are good, trailer is roadworthy. Boat came from New York State and we do not have the previous registration. This is a great restoration project boat that can be repaired rather than rebuilt.

Quite round in cross-section and having a bit of rocker, it is very maneuverable when rolled up for keel-out paddling. This boat was hand built by Kip McCurdy in 2001.

This historic boat company was most noted for it's outboards, however they did produce some very rare and wonderful cockpit inboards. Here is one of them. This is a very rare Clipper Challenger model that is now nearly 60 years old and is still in very restorable condition. Twin cockpits and the tough little Gray Marine 75 hp engine make this a desireable boat. The engine needs some rebuilding (valve work) but is very complete. As is the hardware on this boat. This little Penn Yan was the star of the Finger Lakes when she was built and is ready to be a star again. Boat has been somewhat maintained but never restored. All hardware is in great shape. I have owned the boat since 3/25/06. I have researched the boat and know of only two others in existence. Everything on the boat is original except the seat upholstery. The boat has been rewired. The engine has had a valve job. I have had the boat in the water two times since I owned it for short runs. The first time I burned the points up due to no resistor in electrical from 6 to 12 volt conversion. The second time was idling poorly and throttle linkage was sticking under front deck. All the above items have been corrected. From the marine survey there is a slight freeze bulge at lower stem area, finish lifting forward on port side and mid port at water line, and keel at rudder drawing. Also noted in the survey was "With a small amount of crafting of the finish the value will increase greatly". Includes a spare engine block, head, and misc parts

This was a Cypress Gardens ski boat that was in many movies and movie clips. Built in 1958 by Correct Craft ( known now as Ski Nautique ) This boat has been totality rebuilt by Glenn Cove Boat Works. This boat is a real eye catcher and waits for you to open the engine box. A 374 cu. in. Packard V8, dual 4 barrel carburetors with a two speed MC Culloch Supper Charger, the torque is unbelievable. When you open the engine box people stop in there tracks and when they here the cam and the whine of the super charger they back up. This engine has been totality blue printed and tricked out. It is reported that in 1962 it cost around $18,000.00 Also available is a 350 cu. in. Chev if you are interested in using the Packard for another boat.

Dad actually purchased it back from the thief a few weeks later for $50.00 after seeing an ad for ‘old wood canoe’ in the local paper and it has been mine ever since. The boat comes with (uninstalled) replacement Old Town logo plate, decals, painter rings, can of factory red paint (unopened) and copy of original Old Town invoice documenting the serial number and colorful origins. This boat was purchased in 1953 by my grandfather and enjoyed by my family until 1994. The boat is currently in mid restoration. Financial realities are forcing sale. I have kept the portside bottom planks, Keel, chine’s and original frame parts for patterns as well as all carriage bolt and frame fasteners to aid sizing their replacements. Engine is a Hercules KLC. A KFL intake manifold with 2 Zenith carburetors was added increasing HP from 121 to 131. The generator has been upgraded to 12 volts with external regulator. The tachometer and oil / amp gauges were restored in 1992. All hardware is complete and includes a dash control Ivalite and the mahogany flagpole. All floors, motor box, rear locker, front bench, fore and aft seat backs are present. Single axle trailer is included.

Almost every part of the boat has been removed, stripped or cleaned, repainted or replaced, re-chromed and reinstalled. Boat is sold with no warranty either expressed or implied. Many, if not most of the nuts, bolts, screws, washers and lock nuts have been replaced with brass and steel where required, due to corrosion. Stainless steel or chrome plated brass hardware was used to reattach the re-chromed deck hardware. Boat has original interior that has small cracks and tears. There is some minor cracking in the gel coat and the boat has scratches and dings that are to be expected with a 37 year old craft. There is a crack in the very front of the bow deck and it is by far the worst spot on the whole boat. Rot in the aft starboard floor and stringer was cut out and replaced. New Nautolex Flooring. This rare Gar Wood, in good original condition, is in the water and running. Introduced during the depression, this model was advertised a "tpically Gar Wood in every detail from stem to stern and the greatest value ever offered in the low price class". the model proved successful, continuing through 1940 and the hull design was used for the very popular speedster. Only 15 of these 16 footers were built in 1938, and this boat is complete with factory hardware, gauges, sternlight, with everything intact and working down to the cigar lighter. The engine, original to the boat, was rebuilt in 1975 with little use since; the gas tank and lines were replaced last year. A spare engine is available. Never restored, the wood is all original and the boat is sound structurally and mechically. A cosmetic resoration to include a refinish, chrome and new leather would make thius little gem a show winner. Until then, it is a fine usuable boat to be enjoyed. Comes on a new trailer.

This is a Indina Princess model that was made with red western cedar planking and open mahogany gunhwhales, mahogany trim, keel, fllor rack and painter ring. The canoe was built between March 1915 and March 1916 and was ordered originally in a dark green. It was hsippeda nd delivered on May 27th to New York City. This light green canoe is in great condition. Interior, seats and canvas all in great shape. Rare canoe with optional flooring slats. A little touch up paint and she is ready for showing. This canoe is worthy of a serious look.

The Mary Alice is a 1915 Elco Yacht tender which once hung on a 120 foot Elco Yacht. She is made of Port Oreford cedar which was not commercially available for decades. Her engine is a 1911 Ferro, restored by Everett McFarland. somewhere along the way the engine was fitted with a starter which makes the boat much more useable. The paint color is as close to original as possible. This would be a good addition for a collector or to be used on quiet waters. She is a very fast boat with five strakes for planing and nimble handling. Well suited for a 5-6hp motor. It was the fastest and sharpest turning boat on the lake in the 1950's.

All frames throughout the boat are solid. Cedar decks and sides are solid and have been refastened. The project stalled upon discovering a metal plate screwed to the keel. Removal of the plate revealed a crack in the keel. This is the only problem left to be dealt with. The engine turns over and has compression.
